Dr. Neil Elam has been providing outstanding dental care since 1979. He received his dental education from the Ohio State University. Prior to attending Dental School Dr. Elam taught chemistry and biology at Northmont High School. He's a member of various organizations; including The Columbus Dental Society, The Ohio Dental Association, The American Dental Association and The Academy of General Dentistry for further continuing dental education.
Outside of the office, Dr. Elam enjoys spending time with his family and attending Grove City United Methodist Church. Dr. Elam is very active in Blue Lodge Masonry and Scottish Rite and Shrine and has held a variety of offices in this in this organization. Dr. Elam recently received the 33 Degrees Masons Award in Scottish Rite Free Masonry. Dr. Elam also received the Employer Patriot Award for supporting the National Guard and Army Reserve.
Dr. Elam strives to provide his patients with the most advanced comprehensive dental care available. Dr. Elam is currently enrolled in advanced sleep apnea education and offers oral appliances for his patients. Dr. Elam is also an annual sponsor for Dentistry from the Heart and donates his time to the Give a Kids a Smile Pediatric Dental Clinic.
Dr. Deborah York has been providing outstanding dental care since 2000. She received her dental education from the Ohio State University and completed a 1 year residency in IV sedation. Prior to attending Dental, Dr. York worked full time as a Dental Hygienist and has been with Community Dental since 1994. Dr. York is a member of: The Columbus Dental Society, The Ohio Dental Association, The American Dental Association, The Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, The Greater Columbus Society of Contemporary Dentistry, and The American Association of Women Dentists.
Outside of the office, Dr. York enjoys Jazzercising, traveling with her husband and two children, attending King Avenue Methodist Church and serving as President for Grandview Heights Band Parents Association. She was awarded the Tri Village Rotary Bobcat Award for her service to her community and schools. She was nominated by employee, Natalia Hayes for going above and beyond, in support of employees who serve the country in the National Guard and Army Reserves and was awarded the Patriot Employer Award.

Amy Rose graduated from Shawnee State University in 1990 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She has received her Anesthesia License which allows her to numb patients for certain Dental procedures. Amy has two children and enjoys spending time with them and attending their sporting events.
Cathy Slone attended OSU and Shawnee State University. She graduated in 1978 and started her dental hygiene career with Community Dental the same year. In 1981, Cathy completed the EFDA program at OSU, which allows her to place fillings. She left Community Dental in 1986 to become the Executive Director for Choice Dental Systems. From there she went to the non-profit sector to become the Service Operations Manager for the HMO Columbus Health Plan. In 2007, Cathy rejoined Community Dental. She received her Anesthesia Certification in 2009, which allows her to administer local anesthesia.
Cathy and her husband reside in Grove City and are empty nesters. She is a long time member of the Grove City Nazarene Church and enjoys traveling, exercise and spending time with her family.
Kasey Tisdale attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a Dental Hygiene Degree in 2001. Working at Community Dental was her first job as a Hygienist and she has been here since. She received her Anesthesia License which allows her to numb patients for certain Dental procedures. Kasey lives in Dublin with her husband and daughter. When not working she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and watching OSU sports. We are proud to have her on our staff.
Sharon Hill started with Community Dental in 2013 and has been in the dental field since 1990. She has attended Columbus State Community College and received her Certification for Dental Assisting from Technical Career Institute in Mt. Clemens, Michigan.
Sharon enjoys spending time in Hospitality Ministry, and assists in Foundations Courses for New members at the church she attends. She also volunteers for several community outreach programs that a specifically focused on the homeless. Sharon has three granddaughters, and enjoys classic movies, playing board games, and crafts.
Lisa Sizemore has been with Community Dental since 1981. Lisa started as a dental assistant and has a certified in radiology. She is currently the office manager and has been since 1993. She has been married since 1982, has two sons, and has one granddaughter that she treats as her own.
